Welcome to Lent!

I hope you are all beginning Lent with new fervor! I wanted to share with you a couple opportunities that could be beneficial to your Lenten journey.
First, the Hallow App has a 3-month free trial to grow deeper in your relationship with Christ through daily meditations and prayers leading up to Easter. It is a great application that has meditations, bible readings, and podcasts from famous actors and persons like: Jonathan Roumie, Mark Wahlberg, Fr. Mike Schmitz, Gwen Stefani, Shayne Smith, and more!
Last, I would like to offer an opportunity for alms-giving of time during Lent. Over the nine months I have been at the parish, I have noticed a real need to update our online directory. This database is used for parishioner contact information, sacramental records, donations, and assessments to the diocese, so it's very important to have it up to date. I would like to invite you to be a part of updating this database in a couple of ways. First, by considering being a part of our directory team. The team would be involved in a variety of activities for a couple of hours a week during Lent, such as: contacting parishioners, organizing information, and updating our database information. Secondly, you can help our team when they contact you by knowing if your information is correctly recorded and what needs to be updated.
If you are interested in being a part of our team. Please contact:

God Bless you all this First Sunday of Lent!
In Christ,
Fr. Luke Fleck
